To use the FAX option for paying for your purchase, please follow these instrutions.
1. Complete your shopping as usual in the e-store and add your purchases
to the shopping cart. space 2. When you are finished, click on the Shopping Cart Icon in the upper right
hand corner of the screen. You will be transfered to the Checkout section. space 3. Your order including any shipping charges will appear here. Simply print this page as your order. space 4. Next, click on Continue to go to the Payments page. Fill out the credit card information just as you would
if you were going to use PayPal, except when you are finished completing the credit card information form, DO NOT
click on Review Order and Continue, instead print this page. space 5. Exit the web site or go back to the site using
the back or exit button from. space 6. To get your order processed, FAX the Completed Order Form and Credit Card information
pages to our FAX Machine at: 618-343-9011. space 7. Since this service and FAX feature is new, I
recommend that you please follow-up, by e-mailing me at gary@happystim-usa.com and let me know that you have faxed an order. I personally acknowledge all orders that I receive with a confirmation
and order number, when I receive them. Since I am not always at my computer or by the fax machine, please allow
a little time for your email confirmation to get to you. space We hope that this added FAX an order feature will enhance our
service to you our dedicated customers. We do not want you to miss out on our affordable, quality products.
